FAQs

Are kids allowed in the Caffè?

Yes! We love introducing kids to America’s greatest art form. We are a full-service bar, but also serve a variety of food and beverages. Kids are welcome when accompanied by an adult. We do not offer a junior ticket rate.

Where do I park?

Parking is freely available and unmetered on East McMillan and Kemper. You can also park at Haney Custom Frames on Kemper after 6:00 and at the Walnut Hills Public Library.

Can I walk in or do you require tickets?

Tickets are strongly recommended as many shows sell out. However, walk-ins may purchase ticket if there are seats available.

I can’t use my tickets. Can I get a refund?

Tickets for performances are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, a one-time transfer to a future show of equal value will be accepted. The transfer must be requested more than 24 hours before the start of the performance via email caffevivace@gmail.com, or voice mail 513-601-9897. We cannot transfer one ticket from a table. It must be the entire table.

I am running late and will miss by check-in time. Will I lose my seats?

If you do not check in by 15 minutes into the start of the set (after the music has started playing), we reserve the right to re-sell your seats with no refund.

 

I have a reservation for two. Can I add a seat to my table?

If there is a table for three available, we can move your reservation. But an additional seat cannot be added to a table for two.
 

Are there any food or drink minimums?

There is a $15 or $20 food and drink minimum charged per person in the party, per set, if the total for food and beverages purchased by the party does not meet the minimum.

The $15 charge is in effect for local acts; the $20 charge is in effect for national acts part of our “Bringing International Jazz Home Series.” Your ticket purchases go toward the performance costs including the performance fees and sound engineering; food and drink purchases are what keep the venue in business.
